  • - Lemon (for serving)

Instructions

1. Open the Chef Fishman calamari package and let the product come into contact with air.
2. Wait about 7-8 minutes for it to soften.
3. Meanwhile, heat your vegetable oil.
4. Add the softened calamari to the hot oil one by one.
5. Fry for 3-5 minutes.
6. Remove the fried calamari with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
7. Serve hot with lemon, enjoy!
