Open the vacuum-sealed package of our sea bass rings. Once exposed to air, they will thaw within 7–10 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat some vegetable oil over medium heat. After the rings have thawed, carefully place them into the hot oil.
The cooking time is approximately 5–6 minutes. Once cooked, place the sea bass rings on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
